Who are you?
My name is Csilla and I operate the UpGuide Tarot website which provides tarot readings, and in the future I plan to offer courses too. You can drop me a message through the Contact form. I prefer not to display my email address here, otherwise I will get a neverending supply of unwanted emails. More about me on the About page.
What do you do here?
I do tarot readings online and in person. On this website, you can access email readings. If you would like to meet and have a reading in person, please contact me through the Contact form. In a few months I will be available for video sessions too.
Why should I choose an email reading?
Email readings are quite popular, clients love them for many reasons.
- sometimes it is hard to find the time for an in-person reading, or to have a video session
- some people simply prefer to have the reading in writing
- you and me might very well be in different time zones
- there are sensitive questions which are easier to ask in writing than face-to-face
- you’ll get a pdf file which you can save, and read again and again
How do you work?
My process is quite simple.
- I prepare my space to be able to give my 100% attention to the interpretation
- I dedicate a certain time interval to do the reading
- I set my intention and clear my mind (as much as possible)
- I choose a deck (or two) to work with
- Sometimes I choose an oracle too
- I tap into my intuition and let the story unfold
- After I completed the reading, I double check
- I complete the PDF and send it to you
What about video sessions?
I plan to be available for sessions through Zoom, Skype or other video conference tools, but it won’t happen this year due to my schedule. I will not offer reading on phone, it is just not my cup of tea.
Can I have an in-person reading?
Yes you can, I live in the Netherlands and you can book a reading through the Contact form.
What can I expect from you?
- I am open.minded and non-judgemental
- I treat all my clients with courtesy and respect
- I genuinely try to help with your situation – if I feel like I can’t, I will let you know before I start your reading and give you a full refund
- I carry out all of my readings, none of my readings are computer generated
What should I not expect from you?
- I do not to do readings about death (yours or anyone else’s)
- I do not do readings for third parties
- I do not give financial, medical or legal advice
It means you cannot consider any information on this website and its services as a medical diagnosis, financial, legal or medical advice. You should consult your doctor in all matters relating to physical or mental health. You know, readings are provided for ‘entertainment’ and information purposes
- I do not read for clients under the age of 18
How is the reading delivered?
You will receive your reading in email to the email address submitted at checkout. You will get a downloadable PDF file in which you will find a photo about your spread and a detailed explanation. You will need a pdf reader to open it, like the Adobe reader which you can download from here, but you also might be able to open it in your browser.
Why do I have to fill in my address during checkout if I only purchase services?
I am required by law to send an invoice or purchase order. An invoice and a purchase order needs to contain my address and contact information and it must contain yours too. I won’t sell your data to anybody, promise.
When will I receive my reading?
Up to 4 working days, but the average is 2. One exception is the Ultimate Life Path Guidance which is really complex and requires plenty of time to properly interpret, therefore it might take up to 7 working days.
What if I don’t like your reading?
I can imagine that on rare occasions it might happen. If you don’t like my interpretation, please contact me through the Contact form and I will try to solve the issue. Sometimes people just don’t ‘click’.
My Tarot readings constitute a professional service and due to the nature of the service and labor involved, all readings are non-refundable. If you change your mind about your purchase, I offer a full refund as long as I haven’t started working on your reading. You are not paying for a product, you are paying for my knowledge, insights, experience and my time.
What else should I know?
- English is not my native language
- I am not a psychic or a medium
- I appreciate feedbacks
- UpGuide Tarot readings are meant to empower the client and to explore possibilities.
- The readings are confidential, I will not share anything a client writes/tells me, and I will not share the content of the reading with anybody but the client
- I welcome clients of all cultures, religions, identities, spiritual paths, sexual orientations etc. All are welcome
- I strive to give my clients positive direction and guidance, and to give value they need and can use in their lives
- The cards will likely advise you on certain courses of action to take, but that doesn’t mean that I am telling you what to do. I advise but the decision is ultimately yours
- I am not a licensed psychologist, lawyer, or health care professional and my services do not replace the care of lawyers, psychologists, or other healthcare professionals
- UpGuide Tarot reserves the right to change prices at any times, which will never affect already purchased services or products
What about the cancellation period?
When buying something on the internet (webshop or online selling platform), you have the right to a cooling-off period of 14 days which starts on the day after the delivery. If you buy a Tarot deck from this site, you have this right, but you have to bear the costs of the return and the deck has to be unused and unopened, the sealing must not be broken. You don’t have to give a reason for the return within the 14 days. Please drop a message through the Contact form if you wish to do this.
If you buy any Tarot reading, the 14 days cooling off period does not apply since each and every one of them is a customized service, tailormade for you.
If you change your mind before I start to work on your reading, I will give you a full refund. In this case please contact me as soon as possible, through the Contact form or on any of the contact information written on the invoice / purchase confirmation.
